The coffee & toast of this old timer was highly recommended by an aunt. I have also been to this place numerous times. Incidentally, I was at this place shopping for awhile & thereafter decided to take a break. This place has the standard modern kopitiam tables & chairs. Once in this place, you will be able to smell the aroma of the local coffee as well as a tinge of toasted bread smell.

This time, I only decided to go for their toast or roti bakar, which is lightly toasted to perfection with lots of kaya & butter, though I must say they do not give as much butter as the stall at Imbi market. Overall, it has fair amount of ingredients & is full of coconut & pandan and charcoal richness .

For butter lovers, Imbi will be a better place while Kopi Time has bigger toast then Old Town kopitiam; For those who do not wish to burn their pockets in Uncle Lim Kopitiam (if i remember correctly) while still able to enjoy the old-fashion of charcoal toast at a cozy cafe, this is the place.

Started on labour day for 6 days long, Capricciosa is making a come-back for the craziest pasta bonanza for the 1st anniversary, as mentioned earlier in their facebook.

The choices available are all the premium ones (usual price are RM24.90-RM26.90) excluded from the regular express lunch offer. CLICK HERE for the regular lunch RM9.90 & RM15.90 dinner promo.

All staffs and managers in Sunway Pyramid outlet are very friendly and chatty to everyone in the house. I was overwhelmed that they recognized many students and customers that came yesterday and welcome everyone to comeback again the next day, haha! The first day was jam packed with holiday shoppers while the 2nd day was just nice with a short wait, although students from nearby colleges are still the dominant.

Both the fettuccine seafood with clear broth & smoked salmon with the tomato cream sauce tasted heavenly! The former was loaded with fresh clams and 3 big mussels that compliment perfectly with the simple onion seafood herbal broth; while the latter tomato and thick eggy cream are just well balanced without overpowering each other, two thumbs up!

Pasta choices (F1-F5 from menu):
- Fettuccine with clams and mussels
- Amatriciana Fettuccine with eggplant and bacon
- Pappardelle with mushrooms in spicy Ragu sauce
- Pappardelle with Porcini and Eringi mushrooms in cream sauce
- Fettuccine with fresh salmon chunks in tomato cream sauce

The japanese bakery from our beloved Dr. M is having a ‘grand sales’ today (25th April) at Pavilion outlet all day long (8am - 10pm). Be there early to avoid the crowd.
The offer is valid for all items in both bakery & bistro. We really love the cranberry cheese bun, tuna pastries, and rich Campagne Fromage, also the raspberry Motoko jam are not to be missed. From dining menu, the smoked salmon salad, pasta, frozen coffee and Hana roll cake is a must! Nonetheless, do note that the bistro’s menu for the day has slightly less choices as compared to the normal days.
